Global Admissions
Find the right education pathway — not simply an available course.
100XD supports education discovery and admissions across international markets.
What this covers
Admissions that start from your profile, not from a prospectus.
Most admissions support begins with a list of institutions and works backwards to see who fits. We start at the other end: your qualifications, your budget, the time you have, the countries open to you, and where you actually want to end up.
Only then do we look at courses. That ordering matters, because a place you can get into is not the same as a place worth going to — and the difference usually shows up in funding, work rights and what happens after graduation.
- Your eligibility assessed before any shortlist is built
- Funding explored alongside admission, never after it
- Entry requirements, timelines and intakes checked per institution
- Alternative routes shown when a first choice is out of reach

How we support each stage9
Course discovery
Shortlists built from your subject strengths, target outcome and entry profile — including routes you may not have considered, such as foundation or pathway programs that open otherwise-closed doors.
Institution matching
Institutions compared on entry requirements, teaching structure, placement provision, location costs and post-study options, so the choice is made on more than reputation.
Eligibility guidance
An honest read on where you currently qualify, where you nearly qualify, and what would need to change — a gap is often a plan rather than a refusal.
Application support
Personal statements, references, portfolios and academic documentation prepared to each institution's stated requirements rather than a generic template.
Documentation
Transcripts, translations, certifications and financial evidence organised against each provider's checklist so applications are not delayed by missing paperwork.
Scholarship and funding discovery
Institutional awards, government schemes and external bursaries identified in parallel with the application, because most have deadlines earlier than the course itself.
Offer support
Conditional and unconditional offers explained in plain terms — what the conditions actually require, by when, and what happens if they are not met.
Visa coordination
Coordinated through appropriately authorised partners, with your documentation prepared in advance so the process is not the bottleneck.
Pre-departure and arrival
Accommodation, travel, airport transfer, orientation and the practical first-fortnight questions that rarely appear in a prospectus.

Common questions
Can you help if my grades are below the entry requirement?
Often, yes. Foundation years, pathway programs, alternative qualifications and different intakes all exist for exactly this situation. We will tell you plainly where a gap can be bridged and where it cannot — a shortlist you cannot act on helps nobody.
Do you only work with certain universities?
Course discovery is driven by your profile and goals. Where we hold a formal partnership with an institution we will say so, so you can weigh that when comparing options.
When should funding be looked at?
At the same time as the application, not after an offer. Many scholarships and institutional awards close before course deadlines, and some are only open to applicants who have not yet accepted a place.
Does 100XD handle visa applications?
Visa work is coordinated through appropriately authorised and qualified partners. 100XD prepares and organises your supporting documentation; it does not itself provide regulated immigration advice.
