How 100XD Works
From uncertainty to a clear development roadmap.
100XD brings your profile, goals, opportunities and possible pathways together.
The principle
Most advice starts with what is available. We start with where you are.
Ask a university what to study and you will hear about their courses. Ask a recruiter and you will hear about their vacancies. Everyone answers from their own inventory, which is why the same person gets four different recommendations from four honest advisers.
100XD works the other way round. We build a picture of your position first — qualifications, time, budget, eligibility, what you actually want — and only then look at what fits. The order is the whole method.
- Your profile assessed before any option is suggested
- Destination agreed before routes are compared
- Several routes shown, not a single recommendation
- The roadmap updated as your circumstances change

Common questions
How long does this take?
The first conversation is usually enough to establish your position and whether 100XD can help. Building a considered roadmap takes longer, because comparing routes properly means checking eligibility, deadlines and funding for each — which is the work that makes the comparison worth having.
What if I already know what I want to do?
Then the work is shorter and mostly about routes rather than destinations. Even so, it is worth checking what else reaches the same outcome — people often find a cheaper or faster path to the same place.
Is there a cost?
The initial conversation establishing your position is without obligation. Any fees for subsequent services are set out in writing before work begins.
What happens after the roadmap is built?
It gets used, and then it changes. A roadmap that is never revised was a document, not a plan — as your qualifications, circumstances and goals move, the routes available to you move with them.
Your destination may be closer than you think.
Start by understanding where you are today, then compare the routes available to you.
