Professional Courses

Learn skills that create real-world value.

Professional learning delivered directly or through selected professionals, institutions and training partners.

What this covers

A certificate proves attendance. A portfolio proves capability.

Most professional courses end at assessment. You finish, you receive a certificate, and you are left to work out on your own how to turn it into something an employer recognises.

100XD programs are built to end somewhere else: with work you can show. Instruction is followed by practice, practice by supervised application, and application by evidence you keep — because the thing that changes a conversation with an employer is rarely the certificate.

  • Taught by practising professionals, not only academics
  • Simulation and supervised real-world work built into the structure
  • Portfolio evidence produced as you go, not bolted on at the end
  • Certification where it carries genuine recognition in that field

What a program includes9

01

Skill-gap review

Before enrolment, an honest look at what you can already do and what the role you are aiming at actually requires — so you are not paying to relearn something you have.

02

Professional instruction

Delivered directly or through selected professionals, institutions and training partners, chosen for current practice in the field rather than availability.

03

Practical exercises

Applied work from the first week. Knowledge that is never used is knowledge that does not survive contact with a real brief.

04

Simulation

Realistic scenarios with the constraints included — incomplete information, a deadline, a stakeholder who changes their mind — because that is the actual job.

05

Supervised projects

Real-world work with oversight, so mistakes happen where they can be corrected rather than in front of a client.

06

Mentorship

Access to someone who has done the work, for the questions a syllabus does not answer.

07

Assessment

Measured against what the role requires, not against how well you memorised the material.

08

Portfolio development

Evidence assembled as you progress — briefs, decisions, outcomes and what you would do differently — so you finish with something to show.

09

Career application

Translating what you built into a CV, an interview answer and a portfolio a hiring manager can assess in minutes.

Major statement

We don't want learning to end at knowledge. We want it to become capability.

Common questions

Are these courses accredited?

It varies by program, and we will tell you which before you enrol. Some lead to recognised professional certification; others are structured for capability and portfolio evidence rather than a formal award. Both are legitimate — but you should know which you are buying.

How much time do they take?

Programs are built around realistic weekly commitments, including part-time study alongside work. The hours you genuinely have is one of the first things we ask, because a schedule you cannot keep is the most common reason people do not finish.

Will this get me a job?

No course can promise that, and we will not. What a program can do is close a specific skill gap and leave you with evidence of capability. Whether that converts depends on the market, the role and you.

Can I combine a course with Learn2Earn?

On selected pathways, yes. Eligibility depends on the program, your progress and the availability of qualifying opportunities at the time.
