Student Services
From application to arrival — support around your journey.
The practical work that sits either side of an offer, coordinated in one place.
Why this matters
The offer is the middle of the process, not the end of it.
Between an offer and a first lecture sits documentation, a visa, money, a flight, somewhere to live, a bank account and a city you have never been to. Any one of them going wrong can undo the whole plan.
This is the part students are most often left to manage alone, usually while finishing exams in another country and several time zones from the people who can answer.
- One point of contact across the whole sequence
- Documentation prepared against each provider's checklist
- Regulated work routed through authorised partners
- Support continuing past arrival, not ending at the airport

What each covers9
Admissions documents
Transcripts, references, translations and certifications assembled against the institution's stated list, so an application is not held up by a missing page.
Visa support
Your documentation organised and checked in advance. The application itself is coordinated through appropriately authorised and qualified partners.
Accommodation
University halls, private housing and short-term options compared on cost, travel time and contract length — the last of which catches people out most.
Travel
Flights timed around enrolment dates, visa collection and accommodation availability rather than booked in isolation.
Airport transfer
Arranged arrival transport, which matters more than it sounds at the end of a long flight into an unfamiliar city.
Relocation
The practical setup — banking, phone, registration and local paperwork — that a first week usually disappears into.
Pre-departure preparation
What to bring, what to expect, and what to have arranged before leaving rather than after.
Arrival support
A contact in the first weeks, when the questions are most frequent and least covered by any handbook.
Local orientation
Getting oriented in the city and institution: transport, essentials, and where to go when something goes wrong.
Common questions
Does 100XD provide immigration advice?
No. Where regulated or specialist services are required, they are provided or coordinated through appropriately authorised and qualified partners. 100XD prepares and organises your supporting documentation.
When should this start?
As soon as an offer is in hand, and for some destinations before. Visa appointment availability and accommodation both run out on a schedule that has nothing to do with your term dates.
What if my visa is refused?
It is a real possibility and worth planning for rather than hoping past. Deferred intakes, alternative destinations and reapplication are all options, and we will talk through them honestly rather than pretending the risk is not there.
Is support available after I arrive?
Yes. The first weeks generate the most questions, which is precisely why support that ends at the airport is not much use.
Where regulated or specialist services are required, they are provided or coordinated through appropriately authorised and qualified partners. 100XD does not itself provide regulated immigration or legal services.
