Selected 100XD pathways combine structured learning with practical application and eligible earning opportunities.
What this is
The traditional order asks you to pay first and prove yourself afterwards.
Learn, pay, graduate, then go looking for experience — with the cost incurred up front and the evidence of capability arriving last, if at all. It is the order that produces graduates who are qualified but unproven.
On selected pathways 100XD reverses part of that. Practice follows instruction, delivery follows practice, and where a program permits it, qualifying paid work can follow delivery. Where a specific program allows, eligible earnings may go toward agreed education or tuition costs.

How the stages work6
Learn
Structured instruction in a defined skill area, delivered directly or through selected professionals, institutions and training partners.
Practice
Applied exercises and simulation under supervision, where getting it wrong costs nothing but the lesson.
Deliver
Supervised real-world work on genuine briefs, with oversight and review before anything reaches a client.
Gain experience
Documented outcomes that become portfolio evidence — the brief, your decisions, the result.
Eligible earning
Where a program permits and you meet its criteria, access to qualifying paid opportunities. Availability, eligibility, performance and contractual terms all apply.
Progress
Capability and evidence carry into the next stage — a further qualification, a role, or a different route entirely.
Common questions
Is this free education?
No. It is not free education and we do not describe it that way. Eligible earnings may offset agreed education or tuition costs on specific programs where the terms allow it — that is a different thing, and the difference matters.
Am I guaranteed paid work?
No. Earning opportunities depend on eligibility, availability, your performance and contractual arrangements. Any program that guarantees earnings before you have done the work is describing something other than paid work.
Which pathways include it?
Selected pathways only. Whether Learn2Earn applies is confirmed for your specific program before you commit, in writing, along with the criteria you would need to meet.
What happens if I do not reach the earning stage?
You keep the instruction, the supervised delivery experience and the portfolio evidence. The learning stages stand on their own — the earning stage is an additional opportunity, not the thing holding the rest up.
