Government & Public Sector
Make development opportunities easier to discover and use.
Government and public programs can create enormous value — but only when eligible people discover and use them.
The problem we address
A programme nobody eligible has heard of is indistinguishable from one that does not exist.
Public money is committed, schemes are designed carefully, and then uptake comes in below target — not because the programme was wrong, but because the people it was built for never found it, or could not tell whether they qualified.
100XD sits where citizens are already asking what to do next. Eligibility is assessed as part of that conversation, so a scheme reaches the person it was designed for at the moment it is useful to them.
- Schemes surfaced during an eligibility assessment, not by advertising
- Citizens told what they qualify for and what they nearly qualify for
- Near-miss eligibility turned into a next step rather than a refusal
- Aggregated, non-identifiable intelligence on demand and uptake

How support works9
Citizen skills navigation
A route through what is available, filtered by what each person is actually eligible for — which is the step most portals leave to the citizen.
Funding programs
Public funding surfaced to eligible individuals at the point they are making a decision, rather than listed and hoped for.
Youth employment
Young people connected to training, placements and entry routes matched to their profile and location.
Workforce and nationalisation programs
Supporting national workforce objectives by matching citizens to the training and roles those programmes were designed to fill.
Scholarships
Public scholarship schemes promoted to candidates who meet the criteria, early enough in their cycle to apply.
Career pathways
Helping citizens see the routes between their current position and viable work, including ones they did not know existed.
Training
Funded skills programmes matched to assessed gaps, which is what makes completion rates hold up.
Economic development
Connecting skills supply to the sectors a region is trying to grow.
Outcome intelligence
Aggregated, non-identifiable data on what citizens are seeking, where eligibility gaps cluster, and which schemes are reaching their intended audience.
Common questions
How is citizen data handled?
100XD does not publish or share identifiable individual data. Reporting to a public body is aggregated and non-identifiable, and the scope is agreed in writing before any programme begins.
Can this work alongside our existing portal?
Yes. Most public portals list what exists; the gap is usually telling an individual whether they qualify. That is the part this adds.
How would uptake be measured?
Against whatever your programme already uses. We would rather be measured on eligible people reached and schemes taken up than on traffic.
What about people who are not eligible?
They are told plainly, and where possible what would change it. 'Not yet, and here is why' is far more useful to a citizen than silence — and it is often a real pathway.
The long-term model helps citizens understand4
- 01What am I eligible for?
- 02What am I nearly eligible for?
- 03What could this program help me achieve?
- 04What should I do next?
