Common questions
How much staff time does this take?
Less than running it in-house, which is the point. Students explore independently; staff see what they are considering and step in where judgement is needed.
Does this replace our careers provision?
No — it gives it reach. A careers lead cannot hold an individual conversation with every student in a year group; this makes sure the ones who never book a meeting still see their options.
Is student data shared?
100XD does not publish or share identifiable learner data. What a school sees about its own cohort, and on what basis, is agreed in writing before anything begins.
Does this only suit students heading to university?
No, and treating it that way is part of the problem. Vocational routes, apprenticeships and professional qualifications are shown alongside degrees rather than beneath them.
