Employers

Turn learning into capability — and capability into opportunity.

100XD's ecosystem connects learning with real-world capability.

The problem we address

You are hiring from a pool that has been assessed on everything except whether they can do the work.

A transcript tells you someone passed. It does not tell you whether they can take an ambiguous brief, work with other people, and deliver something usable by Friday — which is most of the job.

100XD learners build evidence as they study: supervised projects, delivered work, documented outcomes. Employers who engage early see that evidence forming rather than meeting the finished CV alongside two hundred others.

  • Candidates with demonstrable delivered work, not only qualifications
  • Engagement before graduation, through projects and placements
  • Real briefs completed under supervision, at low risk to you
  • Training and development routes for existing staff

What each route involves8

01

Talent discovery

Access to candidates with evidenced capability in the skills you actually need, rather than a keyword match against a CV.

02

Internships

Structured placements long enough to be genuinely useful to both sides — and the most reliable way to assess someone before hiring.

03

Industry projects

A real brief delivered by a supervised learner or small team. Low commitment, and it shows you how someone works.

04

Graduate opportunities

Roles surfaced to candidates whose development pathway has been pointed at exactly this kind of work.

05

Mentorship

Your people advising learners in their field. Modest time commitment, and it puts your organisation in front of candidates early.

06

Competitions

Sponsor or set a challenge. You see how a cohort approaches a problem you care about, over a weekend.

07

Employee development

Training routes for existing staff, including professional qualifications and structured upskilling.

08

Training

Programs built around capability your organisation needs, delivered directly or through selected partners.

Common questions

Is there a fee for hiring someone?

Commercial terms depend on the arrangement and are set out in writing before you engage. Ask directly and you will get specifics.

How much time does hosting a project take?

Less than a placement. You provide the brief and a point of contact; supervision on the learner's side sits with us. It is the lowest-commitment way to see how someone works.

Are candidates pre-vetted?

Candidates come with evidence — delivered work, documented outcomes, supervised projects — so you can assess capability rather than infer it. Your own hiring process still applies.

Can we sponsor training for our own staff?

Yes. Employee development and employer-supported learning are part of this rather than a separate service.

Future 100XD workforce intelligence will also support employee development and internal career pathways.
